How do I order online?
1) Check out our products in the gear pages.
2) When you find something you want, click Add To Cart.
3) Repeat step 2 by clicking the Continue Shopping button, or...
4) Check out. Enter correct shipping address and billing info. After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Why can I only buy certain jerseys from your web site?
Good question. We want to support our dealers by driving sales to their places of business. We appreciate your desire to buy direct from the source, but you can still help support the movement by buying from our dealers. We have an agreement with them to not sell in-season jerseys from our site. If by some chance you just can't find what you're looking for, shoot us an email and we'll figure out a way to get you what you need.

Is your web site secure?
Yes. All personal information that you provide Twin Six is protected from security threats and third parties. Rest assured nothing will be shared with anyone.

For your protection, all credit card transactions are handled through a secure link via our payment gateway and our bank, and no credit card information is ever stored on our servers.

How will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or FedEx Ground.

Packages will be shipped within three to five business days of your order being placed. Expedited shipping is available.

Shipping prices for all orders sent anywhere in the United States are as follows:
If your order is between...
$0.00 and $29.99, shipping will be $7.00.
$30.00 to $59.99 = $8.00 shipping
$60.00 to $89.99 = $9.00 shipping
$90.00 to $119.99 = $10.00 shipping
Over $120.00 = Free shipping

International shipping is available. There is a minimum fee of $10.00US if you are buying from outside of the United States or Canada. We reserved the right to add actual shipping fees to your total before charging your credit card.

Why does shipping cost so damn much?
Great question. Shipping fees are not just postage fees. Shipping fees are made up of our time (to process, pack and ship the order), actual shipping materials, and postage. Shipping prices vary by location. So, postage will be less (on the same exact item) to someone across town versus across country. We have a buffer in there so in theory it evens out in the end. The more you buy, the less our buffer, and the closer the shipping fee we charge you gets to actual postage. Make sense? If not, trust that we're not trying to rip you off with postage. Seriously.

PRODUCT INFO

How are your products made, and by who?
We have teamed up with a major private-label manufacturer to produce our jerseys. The fit is between a Euro-cut and an American-cut (great for both road and dirt riders), and made of 100% polyester micro-fiber. These sublimated beauties have deep pockets, raglan sleeves, square collars, and 16 inch zips.

The t-shirts are super-soft cotton or cotton/poly blends. They are all screen printed with a method that doesn't leave a hard graphic on your chest.

The women's t-shirts run about one size small. If you're a Large, order an XL. (We won't tell anyone.)

The posters are all screen printed by hand on heavy poster paper.

Crumpler manufacturers our messenger bag.

Walt at WaltWorks makes our 29'er frames.

Our wheelsets are handbuilt by George at Bike29.

SockGuy makes the socks.

Specialized makes the bottles.

Who designs all your stuff?
We do.

Who does your web site?

We do. And our friend Barrett helps with the really hard stuff.

Explain how your production runs work?
Our jerseys and tees are redesigned on an annual basis (for the most part). So, the gear you see on our site this year will not be here next year. In an effort to stay current and continue to offer fresh ideas, we will always change and evolve our product offering. If you dig something, get it now, because once it’ is gone, chances are it’is not coming back.

Does your stuff have a warranty?
Yes. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for a period of one year after ship date. All warranty requests are subject to our inspection and approval. Defective garments will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Email service@twinsix.com for a Return Authorization Form. Fill it out and include a copy with your shipment back to us.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your order for whatever reason, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a full refund.

Whether exchanging or returning, you must make sure that any item coming back is in the original condition.

To make a return or exchange, send an email to service@twinsix.com and request a Return Authorization Form. Once you receive it, fill it out and include a copy with your shipment back to us.

All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your products. If you have other questions regarding returns, please email service@twinsix.com.

Your privacy is important to us. We use only the necessary information to process your orders. If you do not feel comfortable placing orders online, feel free to email or call us to place your order over the phone.
