FAT CYCLIST v5 // PRE ORDER WEEK
August 23 2009
Today we are launching a brand new Fat Cyclist collection, Version 5. For those of you looking for a lighter colored Fat Cyclist jersey, you’ll like what you see. We think you’ll like what you see anyway. This collection includes a lot of new stuff: four new jerseys, guys and gals bib shorts (that will hook up with any of your other Fat Cyclist jerseys), a wind vest (finally), new 4” socks, classic arm warmers, hand made cycling caps, two different Camelbak 24 oz bottles, a Fat Cyclist sticker pack, and very special edition t-shirt in memory of Susan.100% of the proceeds from the sale of these shirts is going directly to Elden and his family.
The WIN T’s are in stock, but everything else is in the Fat Cyclist v5 collection is PRE-ORDER ONLY. All Fat Cyclist items in the v5 collection pre-ordered from August 24th at 9:00am CST to 5pm on September 1 will be mailed out in early November. Any other items that you purchase during this time will be sent out within our regular three to five day shipping window. Please do not wait to purchase any of these items. We might have a couple (as in, one or two) to sell after they arrive, but do not count on us having your size or style in stock. If you like anything, pre-order it before September 1st.
Take a look around. Let us know if you have any questions. Remember that the holidays are only four months away. No seriously. Four months. SHOP NOW.
T-SHIRT OF THE MONTH // AUGUST 2009
August 06 2009
We just printed 100 Rock Hard Roll Fast t-shirts for men and women. These very limited edition t-shirts go live on the site at 9am Central Standard Time on August 6th. Get yours asap, or forever wish you did.
We are also launching a new special limited edition fundraising t-shirt on the site today. Two years ago, we raced 6 Hours of Blue Mounds, near Madison, WI. The race director, Garrett Kip, put on an awesome event. Unfortunately, he has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. In an effort to help the cause, we’ve partnered with C.O.R.P. and Jesse LaLonde (Fisher 29’er Crew / BKB) in an effort to raise some funds. So, 100 percent of the profits from the sale of the C.O.R.P. men’s and women’s t-shirts will be donated to help Garrett fight cancer. And 25 percent of the profits from the sale of all BKB products (also designed by Jesse, including Fatty’s second favorite jersey) on Aug. 6 in the Dark Site will be donated to the Fat Cyclist’s LiveStrong Challenge Fund. Help Garrett beat it.
