Tip #1

If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in a car or even on a bike (if you are lucky) there is a good chance that you will have a stiff, sore or tired back from time to time. This summer I took things to the next level and developed a herniated disc but as a result of that I now have a top tip for squeezing those discs back into place. The stretch you need to do is called the McKenzie push-up. You basically lie on your front and do a normal push-up except that you leave your legs flat on the floor so that your back is bending backwards. That helps to counteract the pressure that you are putting on your spine with the countless hours that you spend sat on your but. If you want a clearer instruction on how to do the exercise then search for it on you-tube.
