To access your order for return:

ENTER THE LAST 5 DIGITS OF YOUR ORDER IN THE ORDER NUMBER FIELD.

Example:  Order Number is 291234 - Enter 91234

Please note Credit = Store Credit.
Replacement = Exchange.
Refund = Refund back to Payment Method.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you're not happy with your order for whatever reason, you can return it for refund, store credit or exchange.
All returning items must be in its original condition. That means brand spankin' new.  Your order will be inspected upon return.  Washed or worn items will be sent back to you.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Exchanges or Store Credit will be offered 45 days from purchase. 
All returning items must be received within 2 weeks of receiving your RA #.
You will be credited or refunded the purchase amount of the item(s) minus shipping.

Exchanges:
Requested exchange items are not guaranteed until your RA has been approved. Please request two (2) items that you would like to exchange for your current item. After approval, exchange items will be held for 10 business days from when RA # is issued. Items sent back to you will be sent via USPS First Class.
This excludes International Orders.  International orders requesting exchange will be be processed as a return or for store credit.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Final sale items such as the Mystery Items.
Non-returnable items will be sent back to you via USPS First Class.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a credit back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card) within 5 to 7 business of days.
Items returned outside of the 30 day window will receive a Store Credit for the purchase price or current value of the item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient as it can take up to 5 business day for the refund to appear depending on your band or payment method.
If it's been more than 15 business days from when your RA was received, please contact us and we can look into it further.

Sale items:
Sale items will be refunded for the price sold. 

Gifts:
If the item was a gift, you can exchange or request a gift credit for the value of your return.

If you do not have the order number or receipt for the item, we'll issue you a store credit for the current value of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping times are dependent on distance from our warehouse. It may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your items to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
