How do I order online?

Is your web site secure?

Yes. All personal information that you provide Twin Six is protected from security threats and third parties. Rest assured nothing will be shared with anyone.

For your protection, all credit card transactions are handled through a secure link via our payment gateway and our bank, and no credit card information is ever stored on our servers.

Please note the https web address for secure and encrypted pages of our site.

How will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or FedEx .

Packages will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days of your order being placed. If you require expedited shipping, please place your order as normal and either call or send us an e-mail straight away with the request.

International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes.

Please expect International First Class to take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Limited tracking is available for International First Class.  However, we can't guarantee tracking via International First Class packages after they've left the US. 

International Priority may take 6 to 10 business days to arrive.

Why does shipping cost what is does?

Great question. Shipping fees are determined by our shipping partners USPS and FedEx.  Shipping prices vary by weight and are determined by where your order is being shipped.


How are your products made, and by whom?

We have teamed up with a California based private label manufacturer to produce our jerseys. The fit is between a Euro-cut and an American-cut (great for both road and dirt riders), and made of 100% polyester micro-fiber. These sublimated beauties have deep pockets, raglan sleeves, and full hidden zippers.

The jerseys are our own fit. They are not as tight as euro-racing jerseys, and not as loose as club cut American jerseys. They run on the smaller side of the spectrum. If you like your jersey to fit tighter, or the same size that you wear in a t-shirt. If you like a little room, order the next size up.

The t-shirts are super-soft cotton or cotton/poly blends. They are all screen printed with a method that doesn’t leave a hard graphic on your chest. We buy them in LA, and print them in St. Paul, MN. NOTE: The women’s t-shirts run about one size small. If you’re a Large, order an XL. (We won’t tell anyone.)

Who designs all your stuff?

We do.

Explain how your production runs work?

Our jerseys and tees are redesigned on an annual basis (for the most part). So, the gear you see on our site this year will not be here next year. In an effort to stay current and continue to offer fresh ideas, we will always change and evolve our product offering. If you dig something, get it now, because once it’ is gone, chances are it’is not coming back.

Does your stuff have a warranty?

Yes. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for a period of one year after ship date. All warranty requests are subject to our inspection and approval. Defective garments will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Email for a Return Authorization Form. Fill it out and include a copy with your shipment back to us.


What is your return policy?

Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase.
Exchanges are only issued for defective or damaged items.

Return an Order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Final sale items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a credit back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Card) within 5 to 7 business of days.
Items returned outside of the 30 day window will receive a Store Credit for the purchase price or current value of the item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items will be refunded for the price sold.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We'll issue a return authorization number and instructions on what to do next.

If the item was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be sent to you.

If you do not have the order number or receipt for the item, we'll issue you a store credit for the current value of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times are dependent on distance from our warehouse. It may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your items to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. We use only the necessary information to process your orders. If you do not feel comfortable placing orders online, feel free to email or call us to place your order over the phone.

We do not store credit card information. We do not share any information with third parties. And if this privacy policy changes for some reason, we will let you know.
